Noobs are annyoing people. Most of times, they use n00b Speak.

Overuse

Sometimes, mostly in MMORPGs like Runescape. People overuse the word "Noob" by calling iddocent people it. Runescape creators, Jagex, explain in the manual that you should ignore people who call you it.
