Description: The ability to negate all abilities in a range around the user

Description

This ability allows the user to "cancel" out all abilities in a field around them, although it may only work on mental abilities. It may be a form of Telepathy, or Neurokinesis.

Limits

This ability appears to have a range at to which it can work.
