Interest Manifest

An Interest Manifest is an incredibly powerful subconcious desire which can be initiated byu the smallest of things. For example, a person who does not like their local shopping store may unintentionally create a subconcious Interest Manifest which leads to a Reality Shift, causing their store to no longer exist.
Interest Manifests can also be used to explain how more unusual anomalistic abilities are created.
