- Arella - The essence of order, Arella leads th Ferai and Undine. She appears as a yellow head.
- Abdizur - [[Arella's general and th one that rescued Jen and Lewis when thy were very young.
- Jen - The main character of Primal. She is in love with Lewis.
- Scree - A gargoyle. He is truly Abdizur in disguise.
- Lewis - Another main character. He is in love with Jen.
