Smarty Pants

Smarty Pants is a pair of pants, probably jeans. He may be from Sears, as shown in Peanut Foot's Halloween. He always has a belt on. Smarty Pants always talks rapidly and in a high voice. In Happy New Year, Smarty Pants is shown to have a mouth, which appears where a fly would normally be on a pair of jeans, so it's possible that the mouth is just a deformed zippered opening. Also, he takes great offense when others don't appreciate his jokes.
