The field seems to be where many scenes in the Peanut Foot series takes place. It consists of a green field, usually with a blue sky above. In Peanut Foot's Halloween, powerlines are shown above the field. However, they don't seem to appear anywhere else, so the field might be pretty large.
Inspiration
The field is probably drawn from the field on HomestarRunner.com where many scenes take place in the Homestar Runner cartoons.
