Smarty Pants

Smarty Pants is a pair of pants, probably jeans. He may be from Sears, as shown in Peanut Foot's Halloween. He always has a belt on. Smarty Pants always talks rapidly and in a high voice. In Happy New Year, Smarty Pants is shown to have a mouth, which appears where a fly would normally be on a pair of jeans, so it's possible that the mouth is just a deformed zippered opening. Also, he takes great offense when others don't appreciate his jokes.

Many people have complained that they have trouble understanding Smarty Pants, which is why there are usually subtitles for Smarty Pants whenever he talks. Smarty Pants teamed up with Mr. Blood in the episodes of The Mr. Blood and Smarty Pants Show. Asher Wycoff claimed this was done because Mr. Blood and Smarty Pants are the most difficult to understand characters on the website.
