Carrot Foot is Peanut Foot's adopted brother. He was oblivious of this fact until Parents of the Foot.

Carrot Foot looks like a carrot. He apparently has the ability to shoot lightning from his eyes, which he exercised in My Valentine Smells Like Feet.
