The Voodoo Mandate
The last official document made by the Green Eyed Posse. The speculation made by many Pepper Permutation Theorists is that although this is the final official message given to the public by this group many newer messages (of the same style and content) released between the years 1993 and 2008 are also attributed to the group dubbed 'Green Eyed Posse'.
The Voodoo Mandate in brief:
The document explains an inevitable apocalypse brought on by a strange new disease ("(1:3) ... of which those who die, are the lucky ones. (1:4) Those that don't will bring upon themselves, and those they love restless torture" - [1:3-4 The Voodoo Mandate]). It is composed of four passages: [1] The Reckoning, [2] The Last Stone, [3] Wanderers, and [4] The North
- The Reckoning - A warning of a terrible scourge that will destroy society and leave the world in tatters. This passage attempts to describe the new world and what is to come.
- The Last Stone - This passage foretells of an ultimately powerful weapon designed by what is cryptically referred to as The Crimson Trust theorized to be an alias for the joint work done by Red State and The Pepper Permutation. It describes the world after the weapon is used and goes into great detail in portraying the new world. Which continues into Wanderers.
- Wanderers - As well as describing the minute details of the new world, the third passage focuses chiefly on the surviving cultures that survive The Last Stone.
- The North - The message ends without any insight as to the future of humanity. This concise passage places much interest in Gorno-Altaysk ("(4:1) A place untouched will show you new life. Go to Gorno-Altaysk and be grateful."), but it remains unclear as to why this place is so revered.

1. The Reckoning
- 1:1 A world that has neither freedom nor security will fall victim to chaos. That world, our world has already begun its stumble into darkness. And in so stumbling, a chain of events will begin whose prophecy cannot be remedied. It is our world that has stumbled and it is our world that will fall.
- 1:2 The signs have already been seen, and the light has already been dimmed by the shadows of our mistakes. The first sign being insincere growth; where people speak out about universal truths in public, then murder and steal when eyes are averted. The second sign comes in the form of new life; where the intimate understanding of the universe is forever altered to our own design. And the third and final sign is perpetual blindness; where all people lose the ability to even see their world changing. It is at this time that we will be struck, and it is at this time that we fall.
- 1:3 And it is with arrogance and pride that the world will bring about its own end. A world, dead, looms ahead, a world forever changed. It marches forward on a war-machine so terrible that we all will cry in despair. A pestilence will descend on us all, of which those who die, are the lucky ones.
- 1:4 Those that don't will bring upon themselves, and those they love restless torture.
2. The Last Stone
3. Wanderers
4. The North
- 4:1 A place untouched will show you new life. Go to Gorno-Altaysk and be grateful.
