I will admit that I haven't been all that terribly helpful with creating a means to make the whole profile template thing easier to use. So what I'll do is make a fully-wikified and piccified FAQ for you nice people to make use of. The task is just too huge for one or even a few people, but if you all can update your own info and add as needed, it'll make things much, much easier.

DECISION ONE: Student or Team?

The big thing to note is whether or not you're doing just one kid or laying out an entire team since, well... different templates.

Student!

1) Cool. Okay, what grade? Keep this in mind, because a PC generally has 4 moves per school year, and this ties into how the templates work.

We're going to assume that you only need one line per grade.

Freshman!

This is where I break shit down. The template for 1-line profiles is PCA_PC1.

• headerlast: This is the last name, and JUST the last name.

• headerfirst: This is the first name and any middle and nicknames. For Example, Wrex has Rex "Wrex" in this spot.

• fullname: The full name.

• teamname: If the PC is on a team, this is where the teamname goes. Place the name inside the ( ) bits to make it bold! If they're an indie, just leave this totally blank.

• pcpicture: The PC's picture! You can put whatever picserver link there. The general proportions for pictures is 120x150. If you don't have a picture, put the following in that spot instead: http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p84/darkheartone/placeholder.jpg

• teamlogo: Team logo! Same dimensions as for the PC pic, please. No teampic, or you're an indy? Use: http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p84/darkheartone/placeholder.jpg

• gender: Full word for gender, please.

• species: Obvious. Capitalize, please.

• height: Put in x' y" format (or if you're a screwy European, metric is fine). If you dunno or don't care, just use n/a or ???.

• age: Oh come on. This is easy.

• weight: Use pounds if you can, silly kilos if you must. n/a and ??? works as per height.

• schoolyear: Just place a number for how many years they've 'been around'. Even for newbies, 1 is alright. With how time works in the PCA, this basically how many grades they've been in the school for. Or something.

• likes: This is where the likes go. Try not to overdo it.

• hates: Dislikes here. Again, no overdoing it.

• ability: The mon's ability name.

• abilitydesc: The description of the ability.
