I will admit that I haven't been all that terribly helpful with creating a means to make the whole profile template thing easier to use. So what I'll do is make a fully-wikified and piccified FAQ for you nice people to make use of. The task is just too huge for one or even a few people, but if you all can update your own info and add as needed, it'll make things much, much easier.

DECISION: Student, Team or Faculty?
The big thing to note is whether or not you're doing just one kid or laying out an entire team or a teacher since, well... different templates.
STUDENT!
Cool. Okay, what grade? Keep this in mind, because a PC generally has 4 moves per school year, and this ties into how the templates work.
We're going to assume that you only need one line per grade.

This is where I break shit down. The first line contains the header info and Firstname, Lastname, Middlename, and Nickname must be replaced with the character's own in the same order as it's presented. If the character has no middle name or nickname (or if you choose not to show it on the header) then simply delete Middlename or "Nickname" when entering a character. The template for 1-line profiles is PCA_PC1.
- fullname: The full name.
- teamname: If the PC is on a team, this is where the teamname goes. Place the name inside the ( ) bits to make it italicised! If they're an indie, just leave this totally blank.
- pcpicture: The PC's picture! You can put whatever picserver link there. The general proportions for pictures is 120x150. If you don't have a picture, put the following in that spot instead: http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p84/darkheartone/placeholder.jpg
- teamlogo: Team logo! Same dimensions as for the PC pic, please. No teampic, or you're an indy? Use: http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p84/darkheartone/placeholder.jpg
- gender: Full word for gender, please.
- species: Obvious. Capitalize, please.
- height: Put in x' y" format (or if you're a screwy European, metric is fine). If you dunno or don't care, just use n/a or ???.
- age: Oh come on. This is easy.
- weight: Use pounds if you can, silly kilos if you must. n/a and ??? works as per height.
- schoolyear: Just place a number for how many years they've 'been around'. Even for newbies, 1 is alright. With how time works in the PCA, this basically how many grades they've been in the school for. Or something.
- likes: This is where the likes go. Try not to overdo it.
- hates: Dislikes here. Again, no overdoing it.
- ability: The mon's ability name.
- abilitydesc: The description of the ability.
Okay, this is the crunchy parts come up. Pay close attention.
- tag1: This is the number that shows up on the left-hand side of the movelist row, covering the first four moves. For pretty much all profiles, this should be 1.
- move1: The name of the first move. Simple enough.
- m1type1: This is the URL for the element gif image. It's pretty simple stuff, as the URL is http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p84/darkheartone/(element).gif. Replace (element) with the proper lowercase element name. Like, for instance, grass attacks should be http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p84/darkheartone/grass.gif. Should the move in question be Curse, use http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p84/darkheartone/curse.gif
- m1type2: This is the URL for the gif that denotes if the move is physical, special or other. The URL is http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p84/darkheartone/PCA_(type).gif. Replace (type) with physical, special or other accordingly.
From this point on out, you fill out the remaining three in like manner, instead using gradually progressing the numbers until you're up to move4, m4type1 and m4type2. It basically works like this for the others, only the number extends to 16 (or potentially 20).
- pcinfo: This is where you can place character bios and such. With how templates work, if you need to do more than one paragraph, insert <br><br> between the end of the first paragraph and the start of the next. If you don't have anything, just leave it blank.
- relations: This is where your relationship-type peoples go. Family and all that.

The first thing to do is replace TeamWhat'sitsname with the name of the team. The 2-member template is named PCA_Team2. Anyway, breakdown time!
- teamname: Your actual team's name. Simple. It should be the same as what is put at the top.
- creatorinfo: The text that goes after 'is the creation of' on the profile. This should be the names of the player or players that own the team members.
- border: This allows for the border color. It HAS to be a six-character color hexcode. No need for the # in front, it's already there in the template.
- background: The color of the background text for the headers. As above, color hexcode only, no # needed'.
- textcolor: The color of the column header test. Since it's stuck in as faux-css, it can either be a color hexcode (this one WITH the # in front) or a css-recognizable color word.
Pay attention. This bit is serious business. The (x) is like algebra, really; look at the pic above and follow the pattern. 1, 2 and so on. This caps at 6 on the 6-member template.
- grade1: this here is IMPORTANT. For every slot, this is used to auto-generate the link to the profile in the proper grade student listing, so it can only be one of four things: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior. ENTER THE RIGHT ONE AS YOU SEE IT.
- lastname(x): this is the last name, and ONLY the last name.
- firstname(x): this is the first name and any middle names and nicknames, as they'd be listed in the student entry. For instance, for Wrex this would be Rex "Wrex"
- species(x): The student's species. Simple.
- t(x)type: This is the fun one. This is where the type pictures go. Remember, the type gif link is http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p84/darkheartone/(element).gif. Replace (element) with the proper lowercase element name.
* If they have one type, just post the link to the proper type. * If they have two, post the first type, a space, and then the second link.
- gender(x): Obvious. One capitalized letter only, please.
- role(x): This is where the role text goes. Don't make it TOO long, and PLEASE try to give them serious roles. I know, silly is fun, but we need to know what they can do.

The template is named PCA_Faculty. Simple enough. (NOTE: For teachers who cross types, choose what would be considered their 'major' and put them in that category.) First off, as with the students, replace all the stuff inside the "=="s with the teacher's names in "Lastname, Firstname" format. Afterwards, fill in the rest of the spots as so:
