Tolga is Parlancia's hitman. Hunting down those who dare to go inactive and kill/torture them in whatever way he sees fit. This title was given to him by Sovocles, though I doubt anyone really knows what the cause for this was.

He is also known for posting very nice looking screenshots about the several games he has. Other that he doesn't post in too many threads. He has an unexplained love for posting in the 100,000 thread, but refuses to post any pictures in said thread.
