Arrangement is when the beads of a row on the abacus are all on one side. There are several types.

Ko-Single Arrangement

When the beads on the Alignment Row or Uniformity Row are arranged.

Ko-Double Arrangement

When the beads on the Alignment Row and Uniformity Row are arranged.

Total Alignment

When the beads on the Alignment Row are arranged.

Total Uniformity

When the beads on the Uniformity Row are positively arranged. (i.e. to the left)

Total Chaos

When the beads on the Uniformity Row are negatively arranged.

Further Chaos

When the beads on the Uniformity Row are negatively arranged and those on the Alignment Row are positively arranged.

Total Pattern

When the beads on the Uniformity Row are arranged.

Single Arrangement

When the beads on any row are arranged.

Double Arrangement

When the beads on any two rows are arranged.

Triple Arrangement

When the beads on any three rows are arranged.

Double Positive Arrangement

When the beads on the Alignment Row and Uniformity Row are positively arranged.

Double Negative Arrangement

When the beads on the Alignment Row and Uniformity Row are negatively arranged.
