Academy Rules
The safety, security, prosperity and good reputation of the Ordo and of the Academy is the first duty of all Academicians.
Academicians owe a duty of Fellowship to their colleagues within the Academy, and should be prepared to come to the aid of a colleague if their safety or reputation is jeopardised, or if they require assistance to further the Great Work.
The Academy maintains close links with the Masonic establishments and persons within the City of Manchester. It is forbidden to interfere with or do damage to the relationships between the Academy and it's allies within that organisation.
Plaigiarism is forbidden and will be punished.
Stealing from the Academy is forbidden and will be punished.
Stealing from your fellows is frowned upon. Personal properties and study areas are to be respected.
Servitors may be required to present a Token of Duty before being allowed access to some areas of the Academy.
Servitors are not to be interfered with or harmed when they are doing the bidding of their Masters within the confines of the Academy. Punishment of a servitor is the preserve of their Master, unless they have broken a rule of the Academy or have offended or discomforted the Principal or a Senior Fellow.
Causing damage to the fabric of the Academy is frowned upon and may result in punishment and / or the recovery of costs from the person(s) responsible. The form of such costs may be other than merely monetary.
