Julia Kincaid is the name currently being used by a notorious Daeva, rumored to be the progenitor of a vast lineage, including Roland le Moissonneur, and appears to hold close ties to a great many of the most influential amongst the Ordo Dracul. She is currently the Imperial Prince of the Valley of the Sun and Sedona, and served as the Harpy when that locality hosted a gathering of vampires in late October of 2005.
