The Emerald City, located on the Pacific coast of the North American continent.
The Ordo Dracul presence in Seattle is strong, although outsiders have reported that the organizational structure of the Dragons seems so vague as to be non-existent. However there are also rumors that the Dragons of Seattle are highly organized, and merely display a public face that makes interference by outsiders difficult or impossible.
The Kogaion of Seattle is unknown, and has never appeared at a public gathering or Ordo Dracul meeting.
