Cullpepper was a mostly unknown member of the Ordo Dracul living in the wilderness of northern California until early this century when he relocated to Seattle. He has shown to be a generally pleasant fellow, with occassional bouts of grumpiness. A loyal member of the Axe for many years, he was promoted to the position of Grandmaster after the untimely death of his superior.
