John Lennon
From Oneiropedia
“We're bigger than Jesus.”
~ John Lennon
John Lennon was one of the four Beatles, often the lead vocalist and songwriter, half of the songwriting duo that was Lennon-McCartney.
Life
Lennon came from Liverpool, England, as did the other Beatles. He was with them from the beginning, from when they were a skiffle band known as the Quarrymen, and then the Silver Beatles, before ditching Pete Best and Stu Sutcliffe, and becoming the Beatles we know and love (love, love). He was often the driving force behind their songs' lyrical content and innovative style, and is considered to be among the greatest Britons ever. He married Yoko Ono, the Beatles broke up, and he went out on his own. He recorded Imagine, and other solo songs. Then in 1980, he was shot by Mark David Chapman.
