Trotsky was exiled, Stalin got the five-year plans going, Molokov made cocktails, Nazi-Soviet non-aggression pact, and then came the Battle of Stalingrad. Josef Stalin (born Iosip Dzhugashvilli, 18??-1953) was first a Russian revolutionary, later the paranoid dictator of Russia during World War II and the deployment of the Iron Curtain.
