Merits/Flaws ok; custom ok, but run them by me. Eternal Vow is Celestial-shard-neutral if anyone cares.
I hereby appoint Seras as the person to ask about whether custom Charms/artifacts/etc. are feasible. This also means that Fate-Touched Hero and anything else she's done is fine as a given, though fluff is under my purview.
We play no matter who's here (if I skip, feel free to find a way to play without me). If we lack someone immediately and directly important for plot continuance, we will play some other point in the timeline/downtime figuring/character interaction/side story/one-shot/whatever is necessary.
