The normaphon (Category 1): a brass instrument that thinks it's a saxophone. Also spelled "normophon" or "normaphone" or "normophone". The jazzophon (and other similar variant spellings) is similar but with a double bell (one muted), making it one of the more bizarre wind instruments out there. This term has also been used for many other instruments, including a kazoo with bell and Selmer's version of a curved soprano clarinet.
