Location, location, locationHow do I know where the books are on the shelf? The best way is always to search for what you want in the Library Catalogue. (When you find a record for something interesting, click on Location to see where it is). For help on using the catalogue see the basic and advanced guides to NUIN on our Information Skills helpsheets page. Most of the stock relevant to Creative Industries is housed in Merchiston or Craighouse Campus Libraries. You can use any of the other Napier libraries as well, or have most items from other campus libraries sent across to you - allow a couple of days for transfer of the item. See our Quick guide to Arts classmarks at Napier for some clues for browsing the shelves. Books and audio-visual materials in the Campus Libraries are arranged by the Dewey Decimal Classification scheme.
