I started working out with a really expert personal trainer who went on to become the head of athletics at an Ivy League school, he’s a great guy, and I put on about 20 pounds of muscle weight at first. I changed the way I dressed, changed my haircut (more young and stylish, not like old-man parting or something, haha), and that was about it at first.

I posted pictures after all of that, three different pictures, and ranged from 9.0 to 9.4. The 9.4 had a 9.8 for weeks actually, it just didn’t hold up there. But in any case it’s possible to move up quite a lot if you put the work into it.




Personally, I like to dress better then the average guy in whatever environment I’m in at the time. Be it work, at school, at the gym, at the club, etc.

You could also use some gel, hair paste for your hair, or you could get a brush cut, because your hair right now looks kind of bland.

I also had my eyebrows lasered (six times) because I had a few hairs coming onto the nose area, which is gross, I mean nobody wants a unibrow, and it’s not that I had that, but there shouldn’t be ANY hairs there. Now there aren’t.



What can I do about the bags under my eyes? They have always been there, I drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day already. I take an iron multivitamin and eat a balanced diet. I sleep around 6 1/2 to 7 hours of sleep, but can’t seem to sleep more than 7. There may be something to the allergy thing but I haven’t figured it out yet. I’ve cut out dairy and wheat. While it has helped with sinus issues, it doesn’t do much for the dark circles.






Stephane, I’m not sure how you can tell body language by looking at a face pic but I’ll take your word for it. Can you recommend any books or websites on clothes? I usually dress nice for work. Stop looking like a dumb ass. Judging by the size of your neck, you obviously work out. You need to play your presence and your masculinity UP, not down. Don’t try to pretend to be a sensitive, goofy guy. You’re obviously just putting that shit on abercrombie and fitch, so it looks fake and bad.
