Cassandra Anne Carys is a first year Ravenclaw. She was born November 27, 1993 in Reading. She absolutely adores the color pink, and is the very proud owner of a black cat named Mischief and a pink pygmy puff called Tibsy, which she received as a gift for her 12th birthday.

Family
Cassie is the oldest of three. Her mother Sophie is a Muggleborn witch and currently works in a Diagon Alley apothecary. Her father Ian is a Muggle chemistry teacher. (No wonder Cassie loves potions so much!) She has two younger brothers, 9-year-old Eli and 5-year-old Luke, who she suspects will be joining her at Hogwarts in a few years.
Friends
The first years, regardless of house, appear to have formed a pretty solid bond. Cassie is best friends with Pimento Pepper, a fellow first year Ravenclaw, even if Pimento has a tendency to steal her cat. She is also good friends with Ethan Tibble and Liam Masterson, as well as Hufflepuff Brian Ledger.

Activities/Hobbies
Cassie is very excited about her flying classes, as her parents didn't really allow her or her brothers on brooms at home. She can't wait to tell her brothers about how she got to fly while she was at school!
She's also a member of the first years' unofficial Anti-Snogging Society, with the determination that snogging is both gross and contagious, and needs to be stopped before anyone else is infected.
