Tilly Ryan
Tilly grew up in the UK but Tilly's parents moved to Australia when Tilly was 12 and she has been a student at the wizarding school there since. Now her parents are back working for the Ministry in London and Tilly was enrolled in Hogwarts for a short time.
Over the Christmas holidays, she suffered a mental breakdown and was sent to St. Mungo's. She still keeps in touch (via owls) with her bestfriend Ashleigh Barton but that is about it.
Her strengths are tied to her weaknesses, and are generally character driven. That is, she will do anything for her friends, but won't go out of her way to help strangers. She gets along well with many people, but often she will only be friendly to people to get things out of them (generally information). She basically has a good heart but she's not fond of showing it and is not really aware of it either.
She can be a harsh enemy, seems shallow at times, and manipulative. She's probably too much of a flirt.
