The Pingu is the currency of Pinguinum. It is also used in the nations of Isola Spazio and Isola Terra.

Coppers represent the value of 1p, 2p and 5p.


Nickels

Nickels represent the value of 10p, 20p and 50p.

History

From the early days of Pinguinum, the currency remained the pound.
With the establishment of the Bank of Pinguinum in 1700, the government with the King's (note: need to check name) authority decided it was time for its own currency.
Needless to say, they went with the obvious choice: Pingu.

Back then in the 18th Century, the coins looked rather diferent
