There are 16 central government ministries each led by one minister.

History
1500-1599
- English and Italian settlers arrived on island somewhere in the atlantic.
- Blake Furr, was proclaimed King.
- Catholic Order was created from the catholic priests.
- After discovering a colony of penguins, the settlers named the island 'Pinguinum'.
- King Blake declared that the penguins should be the symbol of the island and the nation was born.
- The Catholic Order renamed itself Pinguinian Catholic order to indicate its affinity to the island and thus the nation.
- 1505 - Some of the settlers who had previously been sailors joined together to form the Pinguinian Militia.
- 1540 - The leaders of this militia created a Military Council to discuss mattters of importance.
- 1550 - A bunch of settlers, who feared that life wasn't going to simple, decided to leave the island in a small boat.

- 1600 - The concil became the Royal Military Council when it was officially recognised by the King who granted the prefix 'Royal'.
