This is a proposal to set a limit on maximum negative scores.
This is intended to be a fun way to limit negative scores and at the same time represent the 'anarchic faction' which is gaining popularity in the populace (perhaps.) I think the suggested amount of popularity and point bonus is reasonable without being excessive. --Finisterre 05:32, 15 January 2007 (EST)
