Proposed change to rule 207

Proposal to change rule 207

Current text of the rule:

207 Each player always has exactly one vote.

I propose we change it to:

207 Each new player starts with one vote, but it is possible to acquire more votes.

This will add an interesting element to the game. Rather than just being stuck having one vote, players will be able to acquire more voting power through various means. Ideas? sinblox 20:01, 4 March 2006 (PST)
