New rules:

• 339, is now a rule. It limits player point changes to those allowed by the rules (Dayd +10, Tucana25 +5)
• 327, is now finally a rule, It allows a player to abstain on a given proposal. AWARDS: Shivan +10
• 334, is now a rule. It amends Rule 303. AWARDS: Tomfoolery +10, Dayd +5
• 343, is now a rule. It eases restrictions on inactive players when the number of active players is low. AWARDS: Applejuicefool +10, TomFoolery +5
• 342, is now a rule. It sets EST as the standard time for Nomicapolis. (AWARDS: Simulacrum +10, TomFoolery +5, Dayd +5)
• 345, passed, transmuting rule 338 to immutable status. (AWARDS: Applejuicefool +10)
• 346, a proposal requiring proposers to vote for their proposals. (Applejuicefool +10, Dayd +5, Mike Rosoft +5)

• 347, a proposal to introduce "Named Territories" within Nomicapolis. (Tucana25 -10)

The following proposals are being voted on:

• 348, a proposal to prevent similar proposals existing simultaneously.

The following proposals are currently up for debate:

• 349, a proposal to amend Rule 319.
• 352, a proposal to award 20 points to the winner of an election for Judge.
• 353, a proposal to limit the reelection of removed or resigned Judges.
• 355, a proposal to divide Nomicapolis into "Cantons".
• 356, a proposal to remove Repealed rules from ruleset.
• 357, a proposal to enact a holiday project.

A non-rule proposal has been made to elect a Judge per 321.
