BTW, external URLs with spaces in them after template expansion are a real '''pain in the ass''', and I had to substitute the links by hand. I fixed the links (they were pointing to a judge election). BTW, external URLs with spaces in them after template expansion are a real pain in the ass, and I had to substitute the links by hand. I think we should pretty much keep spaces out of proposal and election page titles from now on. chuck 13:24, 21 December 2006 (EST)
