New rules:
- 339, is now a rule. It limits player point changes to those allowed by the rules (Dayd +10, Tucana25 +5)
- 327, is now finally a rule, It allows a player to abstain on a given proposal. AWARDS: Shivan +10
- 334, is now a rule. It amends Rule 303. AWARDS: Tomfoolery +10, Dayd +5
- 343, is now a rule. It eases restrictions on inactive players when the number of active players is low. AWARDS: Applejuicefool +10, TomFoolery +5
