judge decision requested
I just wanted to make sure you saw that I asked for a judgement on the judge page. --Tucana25 14:15, 21 December 2006 (EST)
- In regards to the Judgement requested by Tucana what about 349 you didn't list it as being affected by the repeal repealed rules rule. Just wondering if you missed it or if you don't think it should be added. --Dayd 11:36, 27 December 2006 (EST)
hey
Hey, sorry I haven't been around. I'm in exam time right now and extremely busy. Last exam is Monday but I'll try to be around a bit. sinblox 11:58, 20 April 2006 (PDT)
Welcome back
As you can see the game is back up and running. Nothing much has changed from when you last played though. As for your active status, I'm not sure if it really qualifies seeing as you actually debated a rule proposal that the debate was already closed on per rule 313. At the moment being inactive doesn't mean anything so it doesn't really matter. But you are free to actually vote on either one of the proposals. And if you don't well I plan on carrying them both tonight around midnight EST as per 313. No big deal if I have to wait an extra day to carry them. Afterward I plan on introducing some new proposals seeing that the board will be empty. Hopefully we can get to a point where everyone isn't "for" a proposal and some really good debate and hard rules start to be passed. But it's nice to see another player.

Regarding your observation here.
I have been meaning to bring up a discussion on the template you mentioned as well as some of the other ones. I think that I was a bit excessive in creating some of those templates. However, I think that they might be useful with some tweaking. I look forward to seeing your views regarding them. --Simulacrum 01:23, 15 November 2006 (EST)
Regarding your idea about Supreme Grammarian
I think it would be worthwhile for that position to be created and should it come before a vote I would probably be favorable. (I don't think I would be the best choice for the job though.) --Simulacrum 02:03, 18 November 2006 (EST)
- Thanks. I've been giving it a day or two so I can go back and look at that draft proposal with fresh eyes. It is kind of long and complicated, but I don't want the position to have the potential for abuse. I will probably edit it today and then propose it. Applejuicefool 10:01, 18 November 2006 (EST)
- Sorry it failed, I am for it still. I think that if you represent it with a stipulation that the Supreme Grammarian may hold no other positions it would pass. TomFoolery 10:31, 27 November 2006 (EST)
- Crap, I picked the wrong week to take off... I wish I knew that it went up to a vote, oh well there is always another day. Simulacrum 23:35, 27 November 2006 (EST)
Governor General
I have a draft proposal here that I would appreciate your input on, it follows from the Governor General idea on the Game direction page. I believe that was your idea, so I am presenting this to you for input. Thanks. --TomFoolery 11:57, 28 November 2006 (EST)
I've edited the GG proposal slightly to include a reference to "rounds" and to include a provision for when a clear winner isn't apparent. --TomFoolery 12:52, 28 November 2006 (EST)
338 has been proposed in an improper way per 306. I like the proposal, and am in favor of it, however it needs to be fixed first. --TomFoolery 13:12, 28 November 2006 (EST)
About the logo
I like it! It is a lot better than the generic one that we had. I am going to tweek it to make the background transparent. --Simulacrum 00:20, 1 December 2006 (EST)
I'm guessing making the background transparent will solve this, but as of now, it covers part of my uppermost toolbar. --Tucana25 00:41, 1 December 2006 (EST)
Re: Testimony
Simulacrum and thusly Admin will be AFK until about 23:00, 2 December 2006 and will not be able to provide any further testimony if needed unil then. --Simulacrum 15:31, 2 December 2006 (EST)
About the political compass
I agree that the political compass has some loaded questions. I wouldn't consider it anything more that recreational diversion. --Simulacrum 15:12, 5 December 2006 (EST)
More about time
In the timezone portion of my preferences I have Offset my tz by -5:00. --Simulacrum 14:53, 7 December 2006 (EST)
My No votes
Well you are correct mostly. I have been voting against most proposals if they would otherwise pass for the points. It appears that someone else is using my strategy, but not nearly as effectively and I think it's time for some real changes. Therefore I'm asking to form a Power Bloc with you. I think we can work out any particulars in our differences to start pushing some good as well as needed proposals through. That being said I need your support on 356. It's a good proposal in my opinion to rid the rule set of all the lingering repealed rule rules. I think we need to do some house keeping to the set to narrow it down to 25 or so rule. 1) so that they're a good 25, 2) so that the ruleset doesn't get too long and the wiki not be able to handle it, 3) So that like rules can be tied together. --Dayd 09:53, 18 December 2006 (EST)
