-	Per [[210]], rule [[111]] will take precedence if certain criteria is being met. However, I do not see a conflict and I would support this proposal. I do have a suggestion... switch the text in section 2 with section 3.	+

-	:I am generally in favor of the proposal, but think clause 3 "Once a rule has gained the amount of votes it requires in order to become a rule, or it has recieved enough votes to be defeated, any player may modify the game rules to include it" needs to be cleaned up/rewritten for the reason given above.  The intent is clear, but I can see this clause being abused to add defeated rules into the game.
