Donkey Kong is an ape who is the hero of the Donkey Kong series. Actually Donkey Kong Jr. in his adult hood, Donkey Kong is also a major character of the Mario gang. He is also one of the original 12 Super Smash Brothers.

Donkey Kong's best friends are Bowser, Mewtwo, Ganondorf, Wario, and Mario.
