Without Card Key
You turn south onto Stone Boulevard. The perimeter of Johnson Company's headquarters is surrounded by guards. You could probably sneak past, but you'd still need to get through the locked doors somehow.
Options
With Card Key
You use your card key to sneak into Johnson Company's factory area, where Vladimir is. You ask him about the key you need, and he said that he couldn't get past the first floor. So he gives you the key and wises you luck on your quest. He also hands you some kind of ticket.
You get Akagi's Key and a ticket.
