Buddymarks website[1]

Strengths
- Can import bookmarks from browser, though will need to export them first if using Internet Explorer
- Can export bookmarks (as Netscape HTML bookmarks file, which can be imported in Internet Explorer, Firefox and various other browsers)
- Simple to use.
- Can add a bookmarklet in your web browser to make it easy to submit link for the page currently visiting
- Can add categories and tags to bookmarks
- Bookmarks can be private, public or for your ‘buddies’
Weaknesses
- Very basic interface
- Very few public bookmarks.
- Many/most of the public bookmarks seem like spam links.
Opportunities
- Can be useful for private bookmarks (or for a group of ‘buddies’)
Threats
- Doesn’t appear to be an especially popular website, there are a small number of public bookmarks compared with other services like del.icio.us – so it may not last long.
