I've very little to say about this as there is very little information on the website. It seems to be a professional company who will create a website for you on a given topic. You can then add bookmarks to your new site to link people to further information on that topic.
Strengths: That you can have your own website of bookmarks, that are devoted to that one topic area.
Weaknesses: A commercial company with no information on their site about cost, security etc...
