Strengths: No Cost Integrates with Outlook to provide RSS in a program you may already use so you don't have to go to another application. Keeps archive of items for as long a needed. Not service based - not reliant on third party.


Weaknesses: Not open source. Single developer who may loose interest in further development. (especially given threat 2) Had to re-install it and lost access to the program from Outlook for a while. Tied to a PC not available from any terminal. Program needs to be installed on own PC - need to have limited admin rights.


Opportunities: For the concept of using your email client to aggregate RSS, latest versions of many popular email clients use include this facility (Outlook 2007+, Thunderbird, Lotus Notes ) so it will become alto more prevalent as more people use this latest software. This product could aid people who are stuck with an older version of Outlook - but who want some of the features of


Threats: Online Services. Inclusion of RSS in Outlook natively from 2007 limits future for this product. Tied to Outlook - my not be popular in future. Crowded market place (when I first started to use it 12-18 months ago it was the only free option I could find. Today I found a few very quickly)
