Project News is a Neopian Library project to create weekly (unless otherwise noted in the official description or name) newspapers, with multiple journalists submitting their work to me like a normal story, though with a slightly different format. To apply for a job or submit work that anyone can enter, read the sample for the newspapers and it will tell you what is needed and how to apply, if you are accepted for a job, I will neomail or PM you the deadlines for submitting work and how to do so. If your spotlight or story (any user) is accepted, I will neomail or PM you and tell you that. Hooray. The newspapers (currently) included for consideration are:
