AP.3 ELECTRO-MAGNETIC RECOILIZATION. The range is on the Paranormal Range Chart I. A three-dimensional picture of the person's surroundings through electromagnetic waves is enabled. The user simultaneously emits and senses these waves. Locating and identifying targets is possible by the characteristic echoes they make. Any electrical or magnetic attack on the user negates the sense up to the attack's percentage strength.
