Hydrogen Flouridic Life-forms use Hydrogen fluoride, like water, as a polar molecule. Due to its polarity it can dissolve many ionic compounds. Its melting point is -84°C and its boiling point is 19.54°C; the difference between the two is more than 100°C.
It is impossible for hydrogen flouridic life-forms to propagate with any life-form other than its own even through genetic engineering.
