AP.9 VIABILITY APPREHENSION. The range is on the Paranormal I Chart. The user may detect the presence of life due to brain-waves. The percent determines the maximum range. If rolling on a Blue area of the Effects Chart, the user may detect a specific life and identify it in a crowd. A person may get +20% to the paranormality permanently if choosing a specific type of life detection: Fish (AP.9.1), Amphibian (AP.9.2), Reptile (AP.9.3), Insect (AP.9.4), Invertebrate (AP.9.5), Bird (AP.9.6), Mammal (AP.9.7), Elemental (AP.9.8), and Plant (AP.9.9). The paranormality is created from Biogen cells floating in the cerebrospinal fluid placed around the sentient's brain.
