The Pierce Highway Hotel is a location the cult used in the Travel Game story-arc.

History

The Pierce Highway Hotel was built in the early 1930s by the Greenwald family. It was designed to be the height of fashion for its day, and there are still glimmers of the opulence of the era popular amongst the rich. The restaurant attached to the hotel was built after World War II.

The hotel underwent redesign once a decade, to keep up with current trends in hotel style. The last time it was closed for redecoration was in 1973. That year, the restaurant caught fire in what many suspected to be arson. Unfortunately, at the time, the Greenwalds were severely in debt, and attempted to sell the property, to no avail. The hotel was foreclosed upon, and marked off as a loss.

By the time the place was boarded up, enough damage had been done. Looters had taken everything of value, and the roof of the restaurant had caved in.

It is heavily locked.
