The Anime Library is a thread created by Kamikaze.
It's purpose was to create a log of threads that were created, so that they could be located easily in the event of a large-scale SPAM flood.
However, when the forums were upgraded, large-scale SPAM floods became impossible, and the new My Topics feature made it easier to locate one's threads, making this topic somewhat obsolete.
