Like most other forums, the AF had been subjected to several fads.
- I'm Going to Be Frank- This fad had many users creating threads starting with the phrase "I'm Going to Be Frank" and then stating their opinion on a subject.
- Hello AF- This was a comparably smaller fad that may still be going on today. Started by Goddess Moey, the user making this thread would post a picture of themself holding up a paper with a greeting to the AF. So far, 6 people have done this: Goddess Moey, Solar Crimson, Zombilina, Dave, Tatevik, and, most recently, Kamikaze in early December 2007.
