Dwarven heights and Delights and high-rise inn near The Marketplace. It is owned by Dwarfy Dude. Most Dwarves and Half-Jhant like this place because of its colder climate and hot food. It in fierce competition with the Khettana Wrecksraunt. Sadly, this restraunt is losing to the amazing food of the Khettana. Still, it has pride as being the only high-rise in the Lower City and having great service to anyone. ON the top floor resides the Kaltnuk Rogues headquarters. There are many other rooms on the first floor (Dwarfy Dudes Quarters are on the 2nd, and the ROgues take up the 3rd).
