Rocs are large, predatory birds. They feed usually on Ayre Crabs, but if hungrier then usual, they will eat other large animals. They are migratory, flying between the Molten Plain and Vla'nuk City, chasing the Ayre Crabs that also migrate the same way. Rocs have bones made of hollow rock, hence the name.
