[edit] History
[edit] Original Discovery
There was originally no plasma anywhere near Vla'nuk City. They were constnatly being shipped to there from the mine. Nobody even knew where it was, but they were still getting shipped plasma and sending money back. Eventually, a scouting party went out to find it. They eventually found it, and were amazed at it's amazing productivity from such small creatures.
The scouts were enlisted in the miners. Then they found it why the Snow Mites could get it out so easily. IT WAS EVERYWHERE! They hardly had to mine for it. Then, trouble came...
[edit] The Hidden lab
It turns out, a secret lab was hidden behind the mountain. An evil droid army recruited some scientists and were devising a plasma bomb to destroy all of the plasma. Some Mites found this and brought the scientists to justice, but the bomb was already made!
Then, the droid army came, numbered in the thousands. The Snow Mite's millitia was hopelessly outnumbered, and were holed up inside of the mines. Then, speicalty engineer droids came carrying the bomb. They planted it right outside the mine, then ran away.
[edit] The Wizard Saves the Day
With seconds ticking down on the bomb, Wizard Kzel arrived (he had sensed it). He used his wizardly powers to hurl it into the retreating army. It destroyed most of the army, but retaliation was made. The droids charged back into battle, leaving no survivors. Although many miners and millitia fell, Kzel was going crazy. Fireball there, Freeze em' there. Flash of steel, dart of shadow. This battle is sung over and over again, and the Wizard is grand in Snow Mite culture.
Unfortunately, reinforcements arrived from the droids. Another 5,000 troops and vehicles came, and the Wizard was losing power. The Wizard, too, was pushed back into the mines. The droids brought in another bomb. They firmly planted it on to the mine and started it up.
Suddenly, Kzel teleported the whole mine on to a vacant lot in Vla'nuk City. The bomb still sticked. But, Gnomey came and deactivated it. YA!
[edit] Appearance
The Snow Mite Plasma Mine is not only a mine, but a town, too. The actual mine part is carved into an eternally snowy mountain (climate control), and orange-colored plasma leaks out of every crevice imaginable. Hordes of Snow Mites are seen travelling in and out of it every minute, carrying miniscule buckets of plasma.
All of the structures within or outside the mine are created with bone. this is because there is no rock or wood where Snow Mites live. Outside of the mine, there are apartments, a airdock, a snow garden, and a bridge. The Snow Mite mine is self-sufficient because Snow Mites can feed on plasma.
