Lady Starbel is a playable character in Star Wiki RPG and a Magical , cheerful Boo from Star World, which is a Giant Star with people living on it. She is the star of this game and the strongest playable character on the game. She is one of the four Star Guardians. One day, Commander l33t was able to enter Star World from the power of his special wand he made. He first saw the Starman in Star World and he vaporized them, also trapping them into his wand. Then he trapped them into a Giant Star Card which blew up out of 7 Star Cards falling down. The Star Cards fell into the Internet Server then they ended up in Mario Wiki. (mariowiki.com) Then l33t heard the Star Guardians chatting and he suddenly dissapeared. Starga shouted "THE STARGUARDIANS ARE MISSING!" which they were... and then the gang was shock. Then Commander 133t appeared again and he vaporised the Star Gaurdians, exept Starbel. He kept her because he thought she was the strongest. Then the demon cackled with glee and used his wand to warp back to his Lair, thus destroy Star world and leave all the other citizans to die. The next day, he wanted to test how powerfull Starbel was so he brought her to his lair. He commanded her to attack but then she wasn't doing anything for a unknown reason. Commander l33t felt so angry. So she tossed Starbel away. She ended up at Leet Park, thats where Great Gonzo first encounted her. He thought he should take her to Smiddle for operations. (because she wasn't speaking)

HP: 10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45 (Depending on How much Starman you have.) Attack: 1/5/10 Super Attack: 15/20 Defense: 2/4

Moves:

• Slap (Slap moves to Smack once she recoveres a Starman)- Slaps one enemy once doing 1 HP Damage. (Ignoring Defense)
• Smack - Slaps one enemy 5 times doing 5/10 HP Damage.
• Outta Sight - Turns all allies Invisible for 3 turns so they are invunerable to attacks.
• Fan Smack - Hits one enemy with a fan 5 times doing 15HP Damage.
• Frying Pan - Whacks all enemies with a giant frying pan doing 20HP damage to all enemies.

Specials

Special Attacks are only used by Starbel since she has the power of the Starman.

• Refresh - Summons a Starman to swivel around Starbel and her allies forming a light pink beam and makes all recover 10HP. This also picks up KO'ed allies and clears any negative status exept sleep.
• Lullaby - Summons a Starman to pass by all enemies with music notes causing them to be asleep for 3 turns.
• Star Storm - Summons a Starman to Swivel around Starbel forming a Small Yellow beam above her, causing stars to fall on the enemies, causing 30HP damage to all.
• Chill Out - Summons a Starman to swivell around all enemies. Thus forming a big grey puffy gas, also Halving their attack power, super attack power and defense for 4 turns.
• Therapy - Summons a Starman to swivel around one ally forming a orange beam. Thus healing the ally by 20HP. This also clears any negative status INCLUDING Sleep.
• Stunner - Summons a Starman to Swivel around all enemies, forming a giant transparant clock that will Paralyze them for 3 turns.
• Pick Up - Summons a Starman to Swivel around all Ally's healing them by Maximum HP. Also Picks up KO'ed allies.
